Purpose of this Blog

Today a group of educators met to makeup a professional development session on peer coaching. During the discussion of mentoring new teachers Dr. Naugher talked about four lists that he developed that addressed things these new teachers needed to know at crucial times during their first year. We thought it would be a good idea to create a forum to share questions and answers that would enable adminsitrators to develop a meaningful tool for our new teachers.
